The Hanson Center offers robust and evidence-based peer mentoring programs for first-year students pursuing STEM fields.
Peer mentors–students in their junior or senior year– provide academic and psychosocial support and enhance new students’ sense of belonging so they experience greater connection to the STEM fields and the Lafayette community.
